Welcome to Looks By Lily. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We offer mobile makeup artistry services for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and Events. Specific services will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking and Payment
To secure your appointment, a deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing a suitable location for the makeup application. We require adequate lighting and a clean, comfortable space to perform our services.
5. Allergies and Skin Conditions
Clients must inform us of any allergies or skin conditions prior to the appointment. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from the use of products.
6. Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur during the appointment.
7. Photography and Social Media
We reserve the right to take photos of the makeup application for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your image used, please inform us in advance.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
